Every time I refresh the page, the as name part shows another location. What’s the problem. (Same after Windows and Browser dns cache cleaning. My computer is connected via 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1 Encrypted DoH)

The AS information is just who the request came from, it does not directly relate to your original IP address. There is nothing to be concerned about with it changing.
It used to always write Cloudflare. Now every time I refresh the page it constantly shows another location. I’m glad that’s not a problem. So why does it always show differently? Edge and Chrome are the same. I just installed the laptop. (I use Google Translate, forgive me if there are any typos)
