1.1.1.1 can't resolve onlinebanking.mtb.com

first noticed this problem on Friday, Dec. 23.  Until then, all was well.  The address resolves at all other DNS servers I try.  It's conceivable this is a temporary problem due to storms and cold and power outages, but only 1.1.1.1 seems affected.

Today (December 27, 2022) things are working again.
Perhaps there was some outage somewhere because of the severe
weather around the Great Lakes.
