As an internet provider can we configure our customer with 188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206?
We eventually want to push automatically the Cloudflare Resolver to our end user.
But before we prefere to be sure it’s permitted.
I didn’t see anything about that on that FAQ/ Partener portal / Community…
Hi @cedric1, the use you describe sounds fine, actually appreciated.
A couple of questions:
- When you say configure, is that you’d configure your hardware with 1. by default? Yes, please do!
- Regarding push automatically, can you elaborate on what you have in mind?
(Let me know if you’d prefer to respond privately I can move this conversation to a private message to which you can reply.)
Thanks for your response.
Regarding push automatically, can you elaborate on what you have in mind?
- Absolutely, our customer (PPOE / TPIA …) get their configurations after authentication in our systems, so we give them an IP, DNS …
So can we send the Cloudflare resolver instead of ours?
Hi, thank you. Yes, that is a great use, well within our intent and we really appreciate it. Thank you. Please let us know if we can assist in any way.
