It seems the 1.1.1.1 Android app is currently not available on the Google Play Store. The official website links to this link but it results a 404 error page.

Oh, yes, I’m from India. It sounds like a geo-restriction issue. Many VPN providers, like TunnelBear VPN, have also exited India following recent government policy changes.
