Can you clarify your question a bit?

If you’re talking about the nameservers you should change your existing domain to, you get assigned two nameservers when you go to add your site to Cloudflare, which you can then enter at your registrar:

If you’re talking about Cloudflare Registrar, domains using Cloudflare’s Registrar (which is not a requirement to using Cloudflare at all), can only use Cloudflare Nameservers/DNS. You would have to transfer to a different registrar to change nameservers.
